Brad Priest believes that the most elegant design solutions are found where form and function meet. Striving to create spaces that have meaning and value for both man and nature, he approaches the design process with a multi-disciplinary philosophy.
Brad uses his knowledge of ecology and engineering as well as architecture and construction to develop landscapes that sit lightly on the land, yet provide real aesthetic and functional benefits to their users as well as their local ecologies. Further, he believes that the human experience in a landscape is deeply affected by the intangible qualities of a space, and that any design must therefore consider the sensory equal to the concrete.
Brad graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture. He appreciates the opportunity to explore his creativity on a daily basis through his work, and he views each project as a unique opportunity to create something beautiful that can be enjoyed by all.
